Neurodivergence-Affirming

Sex Therapy

Online Sex Therapy for ADHD, AuDHD, Autism can help with:

  • Sensory Sensitivities: Neurodivergent folks may experience heightened or diminished sensitivity to touch, texture, or other sensory inputs during intimate moments

  • Impulsivity and Hyperfocus: ADHD can lead to impulsive sexual behaviors or, conversely, intense focus on sexual thoughts, both of which may impact relationships and sexual satisfaction.

  • Distraction and Emotional Dysregulation: Difficulty maintaining focus during intimate moments and challenges in regulating emotions can affect sexual experiences.

  • Internalized Shame and Trauma: Past experiences of stigma or trauma related to neurodivergence can influence sexual self-esteem and behavior.

Let’s Work Together!

Hear me out: Phone calls can be scary and overwhelming for neurodivergent folks

(especially if you're millennials/Gen Z).

If we set up a free phone consultation, the first step will be to fill out a short, mostly multiple choice questionnaire. This allows me to screen first so I don't waste your time, then we can talk as briefly as you'd like on the phone call. We'll focus on what questions you have in general or logistically and I'll be real with you, beyond giving us time to see if we mesh personality and style-wise before you pay for a full session out of pocket, this allows me to make sure you're a real human in this spammy age we live in. â€‹
