Let's get you out of your head to more pleasure in bed

Sex can be the easiest part of a relationship, at the beginning of a relationship especially, and most of us find we don't have to think about it too much. But when sex falls to the wayside or becomes a source of conflict, it can be scary and cause doubt about compatibility leading you to question everything. On top of that, I know how hard it is to wade through the sea of conflicting messages we get about sex and pleasure, and how difficult finding accurate and helpful information can be.  You may wonder what's wrong with you, feel guilt, worry you aren't meeting someone’s needs or that your needs aren’t being met. It can unfortunately start to degrade confidence, break down any affection or cause deep disconnection and awkwardness.

If any of the above feels familiar, you aren’t alone and in fact, I hear similar stories over and over in my work as a sex therapist. I help couples and individuals break out of patterns and cycles to get back to a sex life they love and back to each other. I have 1000+ hours of specialized training and years of experience dealing specifically with sexual issues that can move you from stuck and shameful, to connected and passionate.

Many people wonder if there’s hope or if sex therapy really works. While no one can give you guarantees, I feel confident with a great track record that if we are the right fit, we can move the needle. I offer a free, no-risk phone consultation so you can see for yourself that I am easy to talk to, keep it real and am highly interactive. You can schedule today, usually within the next week, to see what it’s all about here:
