Expert, Compassionate Therapy

for the LGBTQ+ Community

As an LGBTQ+ person, finding a therapist who truly sees you—your identity, your relationships, your challenges—shouldn’t feel like another obstacle. You deserve care that honors your full humanity, validates your experiences, and helps you grow into the life you want.

I provide LGBTQ+ affirming online therapy across Colorado, offering a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore who you are, heal from what’s hurt you, and build a deeper, more resilient sense of self. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, identity questions, relationship issues, or trauma, I’m here to support you—without assumptions, labels, or pressure.

Affirming Therapy That Meets

You Where You Are

My practice is rooted in respect for your lived

experience. I understand that LGBTQ+ clients often

carry layers of pain and resilience—from family

rejection, religious trauma, or societal marginalization

to daily microaggressions and internalized shame.

In therapy, you’ll find space to:

  • Process identity exploration and self-acceptance

  • Heal from past trauma in a safe, affirming environment

  • Navigate coming out (or not) with intention and clarity

  • Work through anxiety, depression, or chronic stress

  • Strengthen confidence, self-worth, and boundaries

  • Improve relationships and explore healthy connection

Who I Work With

I work with clients across the LGBTQ+ spectrum—including lesbian, gay, bisexual, pansexual, queer, transgender, nonbinary, gender-expansive, questioning, and asexual individuals. I also welcome those in diverse relationship structures, including polyamorous, monogamous, open, and kink-involved relationships.

My approach is:

  • Trauma-informed

  • Sex-positive

  • Body-neutral

  • Culturally aware

  • Intersectional and anti-oppressive

Specialized Support for Bisexual Clients

While I welcome all LGBTQ+ clients, I bring specialized knowledge in working with bisexual and pansexual individuals, who often face unique challenges—even within queer spaces.

Bisexual clients may struggle with:

  • Feeling “not queer enough” or invisible in both LGBTQ+ and straight communities

  • Navigating harmful stereotypes and misconceptions

  • Relationship stigma or pressure to “choose a side”

  • Internalized biphobia and identity confusion

  • Fear of judgment when coming out to partners, family, or friends

In therapy, I offer a space where you can explore your identity without pressure to conform or explain. You are valid in who you are and how you love—whether your current relationship “looks” queer or not. I support your journey toward self-trust, self-expression, and authentic connection.

Why Online Therapy?

Whether you’re in Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, or a more rural area of Colorado, online therapy gives you access to high-quality, affirming mental health care—without the commute or stress.

Benefits of virtual therapy:

  • Accessible and flexible scheduling

  • Comfortable sessions from your home

  • Private, secure, and HIPAA-compliant

  • Especially helpful for clients in less affirming communities
