Having worked directly with sexuality for over a decade, talking about sex openly is both my passion and superpower. I love witnessing clients build skill, deepen understanding and find a way forward from difficulties to rediscover a joy of intimacy and sex.
I first immersed myself in sexuality by writing a sex column and hearing people ask over and over again "am I normal?" changed my life. I was inspired to change from pursuing a career in medicine to a master's degree in counseling and a certification in both sex and couples therapy.

As a double-certified sex therapist, certified couples therapist and licensed therapist, I am a nerd that stays up to date on the latest advancements in the field of sex therapy as well as time-honored techniques. I have guest lectured in master's level counseling courses at University of Colorado Denver, presented workshops at the Denver Public Library and been featured in the Colorado Sun, Voyage Denver and other publications.
