Offering Online Therapy for Individuals or Relationships in Denver and Across Colorado
Hi, I’m Caitlin. I’m a sex therapist, space holder,
and someone who knows what it’s like to go
numb just to get through the day with *gestures
vaguely at everything going on in the world.*

I know what it feels like to smile when you’re
unraveling inside. To say “yes” when every part
of your body is saying “no.” To confuse being
wanted with being worthy. To be so good at
adapting to what others need that you lose
sight of what you want—especially when it
comes to sex, intimacy, and your own body.
For many of us—especially if you're queer, neurodivergent, or carry trauma—desire gets buried under years of people-pleasing, masking, or survival. We shut down parts of ourselves just to belong. And eventually, we forget how to feel at all.

I’ve been there. And I want you to know: you’re not broken. You’re not “too much” or “not enough.” You’re just disconnected from parts of yourself that are still waiting to be heard.

In our work together, we co-create a container to listen to those parts—without shame or pressure. This isn’t about becoming “better” at sex or more desirable to someone else. It’s about remembering your own aliveness. Your voice. Your body. Your pleasure. On your own terms.

My approach is queer-affirming, trauma-informed, neurodivergent-aware, kink-knowledgeable and deeply relational. I move at your pace, gently, and with the belief that healing happens when you feel safe enough to be your full self—for the first time, or maybe the first time in a long time.

When I’m not in session, I’m probably eating snackies, talking to my cat like he's a human, daydreaming in the shower, or binge-watching something queer and slightly messy.

If you're feeling the pull toward something deeper—more real, more connected—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Let’s begin with a conversation.
